Quicklinks Leaflet Distribution Services Standard Terms and Conditions 

1. Interpretation

Customer: The client placing the order for leaflet distribution.
Material: The leaflets, brochures, or other promotional items you provide for distribution.
Contract: The agreement between Quicklinks and the customer for leaflet distribution services.
Quicklinks: Quicklinks Leaflet Distribution Services.

2. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all leaflet distribution services provided by Quicklinks. They supersede any other terms or conditions presented in other documents or verbally by our sales representatives.

3. Delivery

Quicklinks will use reasonable efforts to distribute your materials within our designated areas. We cannot guarantee 100% coverage, but we typically achieve an 80-85% distribution rate within a 50km radius of the designated area. Certain locations like main roads and some apartments may be excluded.

If you require specific coverage for a particular road or house, please confirm with our sales team before placing your order.

Materials will be distributed alongside non-competitive materials from other clients.

We cannot guarantee specific response rates from your leaflets.

4. Distribution Results & Guarantees

Upon request, Quicklinks can provide back-checks to verify distribution completion. These results are considered final.

If a “proven” reason for non-compliance with our distribution standards exists, Quicklinks will reimburse you for the disputed number of leaflets at the agreed-upon rate per thousand. However, this only applies in cases of demonstrably negligent actions by Quicklinks.

Quicklinks is not responsible for reprinting or replacing leaflets due to non-delivery or “junk mail opt-out” households. The rate per thousand includes the time required for distribution, not a guarantee of delivery to every residence.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your leaflets comply with all legal requirements and advertising regulations.

Quicklinks reserves the right to refuse distribution of materials deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

6. Quantities

Quicklinks is not obligated to check the quantity of materials you provide.

Boxes must be clearly marked with the leaflet name and quantity. Unmarked boxes may incur a handling fee.

All materials must be delivered to our warehouse by the deadline specified in the confirmation order. Delays or errors in quantities may result in postponed distribution.

Surplus materials not retrieved within a week after distribution will be disposed of.

7. Distribution

A copy of your leaflet is required at our office one week before distribution.

Time-critical distribution requests require written confirmation.

We endeavor to deliver your materials within 10-15 working days of the agreed-upon start date. Quicklinks is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

8. Payment

Prepayment is required before distribution unless a credit account is established with Quicklinks.

A late payment fee of 3% per week will be applied to outstanding balances.

9. Complaints

All complaints regarding distribution must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the expected delivery date and include the following information:

Full name and contact details of the person making the complaint

Exact location (including house number, street name) and details of the complaint

Quicklinks understands the short window of opportunity to address concerns about leaflet delivery. We will investigate complaints meeting these criteria and endeavor to respond within one working day.

Quicklinks does not distribute leaflets to houses with “No Junk Mail” signs or those with loose dogs or electric gates. Our distributors are instructed to skip entire streets if a dog poses a safety threat.

10. Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing 14 working days before the confirmed distribution date.

Cancellations received within 14 days of the distribution date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Quicklinks is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation or service disruptions, including the cost of reprinting leaflets.

11. Insurance & Indemnity

Quicklinks insures your materials against risks while in our possession.

Our liability for damaged or destroyed materials is limited to the production cost.

We are not responsible for any consequential losses.

12. General

By using Quicklinks’ services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our sales representatives can provide a copy of these terms upon request. If you have any questions, please consult with a legal professional before using our services.

13. Errors & Omissions

Quicklinks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
